Destination ImagiNation, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering a global, youth-centered, creative problem-solving program. Destination ImagiNation emphasizes creativity, problem solving and teamwork. DI Challenges have open-ended answers, empowering participants to create solutions that are imaginative, original, divergent and ingenious! Students work together in teams to tackle these challenges under the direction of a team manager.

This training NOW has something to offer everyone. You can sign up for the BASICS or attend all the sessions you might have missed last year. But now there is a 3rd choice offered:
NEW FOR 2008-09
You can sign up to attend the full day Instant Challenge Training which will be totally separate from the other training. It's still at the same place, same time BUT you will be able to DO, DEBRIEF, and CARRY HOME some great IC's. This is geared for the experienced. Be sure to check off Instant Challenge Symposium on your registration and we'll get the materials together for you to play!

Hi DI'ers- We are finally putting the final touches on our Calendar of Events for 2008-2009. We have scheduled our Coordinator Meetings for Sept and Oct.
It is REALLY IMPORTANT someone representing your teams comes to this informative fall mtg. The meeting will be about an hour and I have scheduled more meetings around the state than ever before to make it convenient for you. NINE meetings to choose from!!
We have some important changes to review and we want all teams, managers and parents to know about them. Please make every effort to attend this meeting. They are all identical so pick a place and/or the night of the week most suitable to your schedule.
Coordinator Meetings (all mtgs are at 7 PM) If you are NEW to the program- be sure to come and have all your questions answered. Please make every effort to make one of these important meetings. Be sure your kids have all the needed info to have a great year.
Barb will be at ALL these meetings. She is hoping to meet ALL the memberships in MA this year.
Shopdi.org is now taking memberships for the 2008-2009 year. Remember the MA deadline to buy memberships is December 15th. That is also the deadline this year for early team registration. To receive your challenges for this year - you must purchase a membership from shopdi.org.
